This same attention to detail carries through to The Hillshore, the company's first condominium development in Singapore, built on the former Gloria Mansion site which FRX Capital acquired en bloc in January 2022 for $70.3 million.
For The Hillshore, FRX Capital appointed Park + Associates as project architect, working alongside landscape studio SALD to design around the site's natural slope rather than against it — an approach the architect has described as the project's central design challenge and its defining feature.
